Fulfillment & Delivery:

All orders are fulfilled (picked and packed) within 48 hours except for weekends. Orders ship Monday-Friday. Please know that while we are doing everything we can to ensure a speedy delivery, shipping times are not guaranteed. Please Note: Stix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should file claims directly with their carrier.

 

Transit Times (once fulfilled)—

Standard: Up to 5 business days

Expedited: Up to 3 business days 


Shipping locations—

We currently ship to all states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Note: orders shipped outside the continental United States are likely subject to delays and may take longer than expected to arrive.

 

Returns:

Given the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If something is not as expected, please reach out to the team at [email protected] and we will be there to help.

 

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once they've been shipped. If you'd like to cancel a subscription, you must cancel the subscription online prior to an order being placed. You will receive confirmation via email and that’s when you will stop being charged. Please note that you must create a username and password with your order email before logging in. Customers are notified of upcoming orders three days before their next order is placed to ensure you have time to make changes before your next order.

 

We're always happy to help out in the event that you need to cancel or modify an order. However, once an order has been placed, our small support team may not be able to make changes before an order has shipped.
