How do I skip a subscription Order?Updated a year ago

If you'd like to take a break or pause from your Stix subscription, you must have created to a Stix Account. That's where your subscription is managed. Here is an article on creating and activating a Stix account. Once you have an active account, here are the next steps: 

1. Log into your account by visiting our website at getstix.co and clicking ‘Log In’ on the upper right corner of the homepage. 

2. Enter your account credentials and click ‘Sign In’. 

3. Once you’ve logged in, click 'Order Options'

4. You’ll see the option to 'Skip' a subscription order above the product info in your subscription.
