How do I change when my next subscription order is shipped?Updated a year ago

If you’d like to change when your ship date, you must have created a Stix Account. That's where your subscription is managed. Here is an article on creating and activating a Stix account.

Once you have an active account, here are the next steps:

  1. Log into your account by visiting our website at getstix.co and clicking ‘Log In’ on the upper right corner of the homepage. 

  2. Enter your account credentials and click ‘Sign In’. 

  3. Once you’ve logged in, click ‘Manage Subscription’ on your Account page. Then click ‘Set Next Date’.

  4. From there, pick a new calendar date.
